Official soundtrack to the heroic adventure roguelike Dungeonmans, available now on Steam! This lush, 70+-minute score is heavily inspired by the work of legendary composer Hitoshi Sakimoto, particularly soundtracks like Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy 12.

From heroic battle anthems and adrenaline-pumping boss music to dark, atmospheric dungeon themes and restful town songs, each piece is lovingly-crafted as tribute to the greatest 16- and 32-bit RPG music of our childhoods. The Grand Finale is a triumphant journey through the score, with full-blown orchestral samples and live performances by Laura “Flute Link” Intravia, Jeff Ball, and Joe “XPRTNovice” Zieja!

Ending theme notwithstanding, the ‘sound’ of Dungeonmans comes from the Roland SC-88: a classic orchestral sound module used on countless video game scores of the 90s and early 2000s. It was chosen here to evoke that aesthetic and hearken back to the days of high adventure on the PC and PlayStation.
